Smoking brisket or flatbread is not only good for you but it’s a great recipe for a quick and tasty lunch.
I know what you’re thinking: Smoky briskets are great for a crowd, they make great Indian appetizers and I bet they’re a favorite in the kitchen.
But in this recipe I’ve found that the bacon and the cheese can be made much easier and more economical by using smoked brisket and flatbread instead.
You can use both of these foods in a simple Indian flatbread, for example.
And don’t forget to use smoked bacon instead of plain bacon or plain cheese. Enjoy!
